UT. Allen Maughan hosted it. |

held at Golden Corral in Layton Sharon Olsen chairperson, March 10th
11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. |
| 2006-Second March 11, 2006
2d Cousin's Get Together: Larry Webster was chairman of this
event Held at Golden Corral in Ogden, UT. Jean Mauhan was able to
attend. After lunch we drove to the Wilson Lane area and viewed sites
of family history including the pioneer home of Gideon Holmes that
is still standing. Jeanie Hanson presented a copy of the Wilson Lane
History to all attending. Sharon Olsen accepted the assignment to
coordinate next years Cousin's event. Time and place to be announced. |
2005-First was held at the
Goshen Ward Pavilion, Goshen, Utah, Saturday, 28 May 2005 at 11:00
AM to 2:00 PM Jean Maughan and Jeanie Hansen prepared the luncheon.
We then held a short business meeting where the new family committee
was presented and a vote taken where those in attendance approved
of the organization of the committee. We discussed our reunions and
agreed to have Allen Maughan prepare the next reunion with Jean Maughan
and Jeanie Hansen's assistance. Place was to be at Maughan's meadows
in early June. (later changed to Liberty in August) We then drove
to the location of the peach farm where Jeanie Hansen gave us a tour
and presented a written history of the family in Goshen.
